What You'll Do
Production Scheduling & Planning
- Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules across multiple sites
- Align production capacity with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and revenue goals
- Communicate clear production priorities to plant-level teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with demand planning, materials, and procurement to balance supply and demand
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve constraints and bottlenecks
- Support SIOP/S&OP processes with production feasibility insights
Systems & Process Management
- Manage planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) within ERP/MRP systems
- Drive standardized planning processes across sites for scalability and consistency
- Ensure adherence to planning windows and escalation protocols
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and inventory turns
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
- Provide leadership visibility into production readiness and constraints
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of production planning or supply chain experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP processes preferred
- Background in high-mix or engineered-to-order manufacturing strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Solid understanding of capacity planning and inventory management

Preferred Certifications
- APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or similar
