Dein Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet:

• Entwicklung einer klaren Produktvision und -strategie auf Basis von User- und Marktbedürfnissen sowie Übersetzung dieser in konkrete Roadmaps und priorisierte Backlogs für die Entwicklungsteams
• Erfolgreiche Steuerung agiler Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live - mit Fokus auf transparente Kommunikation, effizientes Ressourcenmanagement sowie die Einhaltung von Qualität, Scope und Budget
• Strategische Beratung der Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe, Verständnis ihrer Geschäftsziele und gemeinsame Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen mit messbarem Mehrwert
• Inspiration und Befähigung interdisziplinärer Teams zur Erzielung herausragender Ergebnisse sowie Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
• Früherkennung und Management technischer Risiken und Projektherausforderungen sowie proaktives Entwickeln von Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität und eines reibungslosen Produkt-Launches

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills:

• +3 years of professional experience in IT project management or as a product owner
• Experience in using agile project management methods
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)
• Strong communication skills and initiative
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

Beneficial Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)
• Technical understanding of e-commerce platforms or content management systems
