Description
AMMP Contract Business AnalystThe Business Analyst will be responsible for program control functions including financial analysis, variance analysis and forecasting on the Aegis AMMP project. The AMMP Business Analyst will review and/or submit any required contractual financial deliverables required for the contract. The person will also be the contract administrator for the grant agreement for the AMMP project. This position reports directly to the Director of Contracts, Project Control, and Pricing and will interface externally with customers and internally with Management and Project Managers on all aspects of contract performance and financial deliverables including preparing required Contractor reports and monitoring and reporting on contract cost performance.
- Responsible for Direct Budget/Forecast Process for the AMMP project
- Prepares monthly financial reports as required
- Assist with Project set up efforts based on Contract and Contract Modification requirements
- Works directly with PMs on variance analysis, planning, and development of budget and forecast models
- Facilitates all contract administration duties for the AMMP grant agreement
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a directly related field from an accredited College or University with greater than 5 years of experience working government programs and cost reporting and/or Government Pricing
- Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office especially advanced Excel, Access, and Business Intelligence Tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication /presentation skills
- Grant management and reporting experience
- Experience using Deltek / CostPoint Systems
- Experience in Government Cost Accounting
