Our client is a global tier-1 financial institution. They are seeking a visionaryApplication Manager to drive the evolution of digital solutions within their global application management suite. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and elite software engineering. You will lead a high-performing team of developers and act as a key Front-End representative, ensuring their digital interface delivers world-class value to their global customer base.

As aApplication Manager , you will be responsible for:-

1. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of developers, overseeing the full lifecycle from architectural design to seamless deployment.
2. Serve as the primary technical bridge for Business Owners, translating high-level goals into robust, scalable software solutions.
3. Support the Section Head by spearheading Front-End project delivery and managing cross-functional coordination.
4. Maintain high-standard production support, overseeing incident management and rapid resolution for mission-critical applications.
5. Keep the firm at the cutting edge by integrating emerging technologies and modernizing development workflows.

To qualify for this role as aApplication Manager , you possess:-

1. Minimum 6 years in software development (Web/Mobile), with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity.
2. Deep knowledge of a variety of programming languages such as React, Angular, or Node.js, alongside proficiency in Java and Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
3. Expert in navigating Scrum or Kanban environments, CI/CD, rigorous testing, and clean code reviews.
4. Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
5. Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
