Overview

The Professional Staff is growing our team to provide the best private club experience in the area for our members and their guests.

Experience Required

• A minimum of two years Private Country Club experience is preferred
• A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude is essential with a strong desire to excel in the golf industry and become a Head Professional.
• Strong Tournament Management skills using the Golf Genius software.
• Experience leading player development programs such as camps, clinics and PGA Junior League.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities

• Overseeing of daily golf operations
• Assist with management of Outside Operations
• Assist withTournament Operations
• Assist with Player Development programs for Men, Women and Juniors
• Club Repair

Benefits

Compensation - A competitive salary commensurate with experience, lessons and pro shop commissions.

• Salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Quarterly Pro Shop Commissions off of Net Profit
• Level 1 PGA - 2%
• Level 2 PGA - 3%
• Level 3 PGA - 4%
• Class A PGA - 5%
• Golf Camp, Clinic and Private Lesson Income (Professionals get 100% of lesson and clinic income)
