Boutique law firm specializing in trust, estate, charitable, and tax law is seeking an in-person associate attorney for its Boise, Idaho office. The firm maintains a sophisticated West Coast planning practice serving high net worth clients from its offices in Boise, Seattle, Salt Lake City and Sun Valley. The ideal candidate will have exceptional work ethic and be eager to learn in a mentor-focused environment from Idaho's largest estate and elder law practice. The ideal candidate will have been ranked in the top 15% of their law school or LL.M. (taxation) class, have strong writing, research and analytical skills, and have interest in trust, estate and/or tax law. Salary will depend on experience, qualifications and billable hour targets; as a reference point, first year associate base salary range is $108,000 - $132,000 annually, plus a generous benefits package and bonus potential.
