As a Robotic Process Automation Developer within the Intelligent Automation Team, you will design and implement advanced automation solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure seamless delivery of automated systems. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Provide recommendations on development feasibility and required technologies
- Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated solutions
- Coordinate directly with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate to ensure proper implementation and adherence to governance frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive process and end-user documentation
- Deliver productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction through automation
- Demonstrate self-learning attitude by staying updated on latest technologies
- Support developed solutions and provide necessary assistance
- Ensure efficiency and continuous improvement in business operations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required with minimum 2 years strong hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies like UiPath, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, .Net, SQL, and SharePoint; software development framework and object-oriented programming techniques
- Demonstrate hands-on experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, especially with UiPath.
- Develop and amend automation code, test thoroughly, and ensure readiness for go-live
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Robotic Process Automation technologies
- Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Solve complex problems with innovative approaches
- Recommend creative solutions to improve existing processes
- Manage stakeholders efficiently across various business functions

- Utilize advanced knowledge of automation tools and frameworks
- Apply object-oriented programming techniques in solution development
