Shape a program that expands access to meaningful careers. In this role, you'll build the operating rhythms, governance, and reporting that help an inclusion-focused program scale with consistency and strong controls. Your work will help teams across multiple locations launch, sustain, and continuously improve the way they onboard and support talent.As a/an Senior Program/Project Manager, on the Business Solutions Team (BeST), you will lead the operating model, governance, and expansion execution for a multi-location program that supports inclusive hiring and onboarding. You'll partner with leaders across the firm to translate strategy into scalable routines, clear decision-making, and measurable outcomes. You'll join a collaborative team that values thoughtful planning, disciplined delivery, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Own the program operating model by defining decision forums, decision rights, escalation paths, standard artifacts, and performance routines
- Lead program execution for expansion and new role launches by managing scope, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery cadence
- Build and maintain repeatable launch and sustainment playbooks covering readiness, onboarding, enablement, controls, and continuous improvement
- Partner with business leaders to identify suitable work, shape role design, and support sustained adoption and value delivery
- Define program key performance indicators and measurement approaches to ensure metrics are actionable and applied consistently across locations
- Create executive-ready reporting materials and narratives, and facilitate senior forums to document decisions and drive action closure
- Strengthen program controls by partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk & Controls, and Audit to document and align processes with internal policies and applicable requirements
- Oversee community partners and vendors by setting governance, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating contract-related needs with internal partners
- Coordinate sponsorships and third-party event participation end-to-end, including approvals, documentation, execution, and closeout in accordance with firm processes
- Facilitate delivery across stakeholders by resolving conflicts through structured problem-solving and timely decision-making in an inclusive way
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management, operations, controls, or a related role within a large, regulated, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience owning governance routines, including facilitating decision forums and managing escalation paths
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-ready reporting materials using PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience identifying and managing program risks and issues, including escalation and action tracking
- Demonstrated experience partnering across multiple business groups and/or multiple locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leading senior-level discussions and documenting decisions and outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience establishing repeatable playbooks for program launches and sustainment
- Experience building measurable performance routines, including defining metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms
- Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk & Controls, and Audit to strengthen program controls and documentation
- Experience overseeing external partners or vendors, including performance management and issue resolution
- Experience coordinating sponsorships or third-party event participation with structured approvals and closeout
- Experience supporting disability inclusion efforts, supported employment approaches, or related workforce programs
