We excel in design, project management, commissioning, and enterprise technology integrations. i2G's mission is to provide the products and services that meet our customers' needs to give them a vital advantage in today's market, helping to protect what matters most. The Bid Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the proposal development process by analyzing bid opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver high-quality, competitive bids. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bid responses.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Assist in the creation of bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
• Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
• Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
• Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
• This position requires business travel as needed, with some presence in an i2G office as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or 2+ years of work experience
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
