Oracle Japan Strategy & Operationsではセールスオペレーション• アナリストを募集しています.
セールスオペレーション• アナリストは,日本オラクルのクラウド事業• テクノロジー事業• アプリケーション事業等の営業チームを担当し,各事業の成長を目的として,以下の業務を担います.

• ビジネス• プランニング
• Go to Market モデル策定
• パイプライン管理
• 営業フォーキャスト
• KPI管理
• データ分析およびインサイト提供
• プログラム• マネジメント

本ポジションは,各事業領域における戦略を深く理解したうえで,経営層および事業リーダーを直接支援するポジションとして,Go To Market戦略の策定と推進,高品質で効率的な営業フォーキャストやパイプライン管理をリードします.
ビジネスマインド,クリティカルシンキング,柔軟性,自律性,積極的な行動力,問題解決能力,ならびに優れたコミュニケーション能力と高いコラボレーション能力が求められます.

• 主な業務内容

• 経営層ならびに事業責任者を直接支援しながらのビジネスプランニング:
  市場環境• ビジネス状況• 短期&中長期目標• リーダーの戦略を理解し,データ分析に基づくインサイト提供ならびに経営者の視点に立ったビジネスドキュメントを作成
• 主に Tech Cloud営業チームを担当し,以下の業務を遂行:
  営業フォーキャスト,パイプライン管理,KPI管理,プログラムマネジメント,営業支援,営業プロセスおよびツールの整備と導入
• 月次• 四半期• 年度末の締め業務におけるサポート
• データに基づく分析に基づくレポート作成
• 社内資料の作成(四半期ビジネスレビュー,キックオフ,全社会議,日本オラクル経営会議資料等)
• 社内の経営層• 営業チーム• 他部門とのコラボレーションによる業務の効率化と品質向上

Responsibilities

• セールスオペレーション,およびそれに類する実務経験(2年以上)
• 営業企画,営業推進,経営企画,CEOオフィス等での実務経験歓迎
• IT企業またはグローバル企業での経験があれば尚可
• 営業,プリセールス,ビジネスコンサルティングの経験歓迎
• 営業プロセスの定義• 改善• 実装経験
• プログラムマネジメントの経験
• データ分析• 課題解決スキルに優れ,高い視点をもってエグゼクティブの意思決定をサポートできる能力
• クリティカルシンキング,主体的な行動力,高いコラボレーション能力
• 優れた日本語での口頭および文書によるコミュニケーションスキル(グローバルとのコミュニケーションも多いため英語力もあれば尚可)
• 部門横断の連携力,関係者を巻き込むリーダーシップ
