Job Purpose
The Business Analyst / Technical Writer supports the successful delivery and adoption of our software solutions by combining business analysis, structured documentation, and customer-facing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, product, sales and engineering, ensuring high-quality documentation, and effective customer enablement.
Your Key Responsiblities Will Be
- Create, maintain, and update software documentation (user guides, functional documentation, release notes)
- Prepare and deliver customer demos and support onboarding activities
- Handle and analyze customer requests and feedback, coordinating with internal teams where required
- Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Working experience in financial institutions or working with financial institutions
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Writer, or in a similar role
- Proven experience in software documentation
- Language: English - C2 or Native
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, understandable documentation
- Confidence in presenting software solutions to customers
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a product-driven environment
- Experience in Product based companies
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- German Language fluency
- Experience in customer-facing roles or customer interaction
