Description

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices.

Duties will cover:

1. Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA)
2. Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies
3. Coordinating resilience testing
4. Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor management
5. Supporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitoring/reporting operational risk events
6. Operational Risk Horizon Scanning
7. Assisting with transformation projects

Your experience must include:

1. Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within banking
2. Good knowledge of regulatory standards - PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etc
3. Strong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators
4. Good communication skills both written and oral
5. Degree educated

This role will be hybrid - working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
