Falcon Farms, Inc. seeks a Business Transformation Vice President in Miami, FL.  Responsibilities:  Identifying key initiatives to improve operation & develop comprehensive transformation plan to drive growth & enhance operational efficiency; Value financially & operatively the potential of each transformational initiative & suggest a transformation journey considering the impact; structuring each strategic project or initiative. Making day-to day decisions to move projects & ensure improvements & efficiencies; driving change management initiative & ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies & ways of working. Will travel international and domestic 15% of the time. Must have a Master's in Business Administration or Economy (foreign equivalent acceptable), plus 8 yrs of exp. in job offered or related senior management roles.  Experience with: Strategic consultancy, business transformation, organization, corporate governance and change management; working with Boards and C-level teams to implement transformational projects; floral industry understanding or previous experience in relevant topics or projects; Strategy definition, business analytics and project valuation and structure; Leading and implementing business transformation projects (including technological projects) under complex contexts or industries; Project management skills and working with agile methodologies; Knowledge of: Agile or scrum methodologies; Advanced excel or statistical modelling; Project management (PMI or proven experience).
