The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our close-knit advisory team. This is a pivotal role, acting as the operational backbone supporting two senior financial advisers and ensuring the seamless delivery of client service and advice implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all stages of the financial advice process
Support two senior advisers with a varied and demanding workload, proactively anticipating needs and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth, clear, and efficient advice experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within client files and the Xplan CRM system
Experience with Xplan CRM system is preferred but flexibility will be shown for candidates with transferable skills
Implement advice strategies, including preparation, execution, and tracking of all associated tasks
Manage lodgement and follow-up of new applications and ongoing maintenance with third-party providers
Respond to client queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Maintain data integrity within Xplan, including investment records, transactions, and pricing updates
About You
Previous experience in a financial planning client service or adviser support role
Strong understanding of advice implementation processes, particularly across superannuation and investments
Basic awareness of superannuation and investment principles is required
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and professional partners
Proactive, motivated, and able to take initiative
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
