This position ensures efficient and professional office management, provides direct executive support to the Department Chair, and oversees purchasing, travel, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role also supervises student and hourly administrative staff, coordinates departmental events, and assists with academic support functions for graduate teaching assistants. Working under the supervision of the College Business Analyst Specialist and the Department Chair, and in collaboration with the department's Financial Analyst, this position plays a key role in maintaining fiscal accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to university policies.
