Job Description
The Cross Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with IT services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes
• Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation
