Description
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Drive the customer delivery projects assigned to him/her, deliver on time and on budget, fulfill the delivery according to the business agreement between Sinch and the Customer
- Lead, engage and motivate a team of Sinch System Engineers and when applicable coordinate 3rd parties involved in the deliveries
- Project budgeting, planning, logistics, change management, risk management, progress reporting, tracking, financial reporting, forecast and invoicing
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the Customer as well as with Sinch internal stakeholders and functions
- Set-up regular project meetings and for larger project set-up project steering committee meetings.
- Arrange workshops
- Visit the Customer when needed
- Escalate internally when detecting risks in the project, delay, budget exceeded, penalties etc.
- Keep Sinch Operator Support team and when applicable Sinch Operator Managed Service Team informed of what services shall be delivered and when it is planned to start.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of Sinch' customer delivery processes in cooperation with Sinch Operator Operations Project Management Office
- This role is working in close liaison with the regional account Sales teams of Sinch:
- In the pre-sales phase this role is responsible to provide subject matter expertise within project execution, estimate of timelines and support Sales in review scope of work making sure that it's is clear what the deliverables are and that there are wise boundaries.
- The Customer Delivery Project Manager shall take part of Sinch agreement (owned by Sales) with the Customer and make sure to fully understand all parts and implications related to the ordered delivery, in order to fulfil the agreement.
- This role works closely with Sales and with the Customer to go through the scope and the business requirements, to ensure a mutual understanding of the deliverables and acceptance criteria. This role accordingly updates the project plan, adjust milestones, dates, dependencies that is documented and signed off by the Customer.
- The Customer Delivery Project Manager, with the Project Team, shall build and maintain a good relationship with the Customer, and always scout for new opportunities - like change requests, need for additional services or products etc.- to grow the business with the Customer, and forward such opportunities to Sinch Sales team for further processing
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree and experience from Project Management roles within the Telecom and IT industry.
- Experience with system integration in telecom environments.
- This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.
- This role reports to: Director and Head of Project Delivery
