Description

The Customer Project Manager will oversee smaller, less complex projects within an assigned account or group of accounts. This position involves coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling, resourcing, and progress tracking.
• Lead project teams to deliver initiatives that may span multiple business or technology areas, maintaining clear alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication across all project stages.
• Track and manage project issues using JIRA or similar tools.
• Apply a basic understanding of routing, switching, Internet, and network architecture to support technical project delivery.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, focusing on critical success factors and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify, document, and escalate issues promptly, collaborating with engineering and business teams to resolve them.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous project management experience, ideally in a technical or services environment.
• Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are advantageous but not mandatory.
