Description:EVS is seeking a Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Specialist to join our proposal effort**. Supports users of the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support. Requires two (2) years of professional experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting of NEN products. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
Work is **not remote** and will be performed **on-site** at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA
Employment would begin **upon contract award**
Requirements: Clearance: Active Secret
Certification: IAT Level II
