Role - Cyber Security Project Manager

Location - Tokyo

Job Description

• Leading and coordinating multiple cyber security projects across the full project life cycle
• Responsible for on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery, including all core project management activities (risk management, issue management, reporting to senior leadership)
• Defining project goals, creating execution plans, and ensuring alignment with security and business requirements
• Working closely with security architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of cyber security initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with internal security standards and external regulatory requirements

Successful Applicant

• Proven experience managing large-scale cyber security or IT infrastructure projects (300M+ JPY) within enterprise environments
• Strong background in resource planning, task scheduling, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience presenting project updates and risk assessments to senior business stakeholders
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks, threat management, and compliance standards is a strong advantage
