Are you organized, curious, and hungry to grow fast? We're looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our in-office team in Dubai Media City.

At Easy Wedding, we help couples from different nationalities and religions get legally married - without stress, borders, or complications. We're one of the fastest-growing wedding startups in the region, and now we're looking for someone to make sure our marketing team executes fast, smart, and on time.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to help turn marketing ideas into clear, structured execution. This role sits at the center of the marketing team and ensures that projects move forward, deadlines are respected, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You will work closely with the founder and the marketing team to organize campaigns, coordinate tasks across contributors, and maintain visibility on project progress. Your responsibility is not to create the strategy but to make sure it is executed efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how a fast-growing startup operates. You will gain exposure to multiple marketing initiatives and have the opportunity to grow into a more senior project or operations role over time.

Requirements

We are looking for someone structured, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or digital project management
• Experience organizing tasks and timelines using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate work between multiple team members
• The discipline to follow up consistently and ensure tasks move forward
• Basic understanding of digital environments such as websites, CRM systems, content workflows, or marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fully in-office environment in Dubai

Previous experience in a startup, marketing agency, or digital environment is a strong advantage.
