This role is responsible for long-term roster management, talent evaluation, recruiting strategy, database management, and coordination of all recruiting activities consistent with NCAA and SEC guidelines. The position ensures the program identifies, attracts, evaluates, and acquires high-caliber student-athletes while maintaining strict compliance and supporting the overall organizational goals of the program.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- College football recruiting, player personnel, or scouting.
- SEC or Power Five experience preferred.
- Experience evaluating players via film, analytics, and live evaluations.
- Demonstrated track record of managing recruiting operations at a high level.
