Federated Hermes is seeking a Director, Growth Priorities to join its North America Wealth Management division based in either our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania headquarters or in a field office in the United States. As the Director, Growth Priorities, you’ll own the sales enablement strategy that powers AUM growth across the RIA channel, drives ETF platform penetration, and supports private markets fundraising. You’ll build and run a disciplined enablement program—delivering the content, tools, training, and processes that accelerate asset and revenue growth across RIAs, independent brokerdealers, private banks, and wirehouses. Partnering with leaders across distribution, product, data, and marketing, you will design and implement programs that elevate advisor capabilities and accelerate asset growth. You will directly manage a small team of Sales Specialists and Practice Management personnel.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree required; MBA, CFA and/or CPF preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management or related financial services, with at least 3–5 years directly in sales enablement, product strategy, wholesaling or distribution strategy.
- Proven experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, analytics dashboards), and comfort partnering with Data and AI teams on data driven initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of ETF structures, RIA business models and private markets/alternative investment vehicles used in advisor portfolios.
- Deep understanding of U.S. wealth management distribution and financial advisors.
- Demonstrated ability to build training curricula, sales content, and tools that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, advisor engagement and AUM growth.
- Strong cross functional collaboration, project management and influencing skills to drive initiatives across sales, product, marketing and technology teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link enablement activities to commercial objectives, KPIs and advisor segment strategies.
- Analytical orientation, comfortable interpreting data, testing hypotheses and adjusting programs based on measurable outcomes.
- Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

The annual base salary range for this position is $144,670 - $282,110. In determining salary multiple factors will be taken into consideration such as primary work location, experience, education and skill set. In addition to base salary, this position includes eligibility for a bonus. Annual bonuses generally range from 50% to 250% of base salary and are determined by considering a variety of factors including some or all of the following: gross sales, net sales, asset growth, revenue and attainment of business-based objectives. Certain employees may be eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Additionally, Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Each calendar year employees are eligible for paid leave which includes fifteen vacation days, seven ill days, and ten holidays.
