If you thrive in fast‑paced recruiting and love turning insights into action, this role is for you.As an Early Careers Senior Recruiter in the Investment Banking team, you lead an insights‑led, coordinated approach to attraction, selection, program delivery, and conversion. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, design early‑identification initiatives, and elevate candidate experiences across the lifecycle. You use data to inform decisions, uphold controls, and share clear, timely updates with leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sourcing, attraction and hiring for Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full‑time Analyst programs, aligning with business priorities across the Global Investment Bank
- Build and own relationships with stakeholders and key partners; serve as a trusted advisor, providing clear visibility on recruiting activity and influencing decisions while managing stakeholder and candidate expectations
- Maintain relationships with universities and partner organizations; organize and attend high‑impact in‑person and virtual campus events
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the attraction and hiring lifecycle
- Design and execute early‑identification programs (e.g. Insights Program, Fellowship) that broaden and diversify the pipeline
- Plan and provide best‑in‑class Summer Analyst and Fellowship experiences - orientation, learning, mentorship, performance management - driving conversion to full‑time roles; collaborate with internal partners to elevate the journey
- Use data to guide decisions and adhere to recruiting risk/controls; maintain ATS/CRM data quality (e.g., ORC/Oracle, Yello, Handshake, LinkedIn, PitchPro+, Excel), manage headcount, and regularly report KPIs/ROI
- Present organized, transparent updates and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Display demonstrated curiosity and drive to learn the organization's capability needs; experiment with new, innovative solutions to enhance processes and the candidate experience
- Lead strategic projects and tasks as assigned to keep priority initiatives on track
- Travel during peak recruiting seasons; occasional evening/weekend support as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of business or recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Evidence of building trusted relationships across all levels; consultative advisor who influences decisions and manages change agendas
- Collaborative team player who also operates independently; adapts quickly to shifting priorities and pace
- Experience planning and executing high‑impact in‑person and virtual events; managing internship/pipeline programs and complex projects with measurable outcomes
- Ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions and optimize processes; and able to identify actionable insights for stakeholders
- Expertise in recruitment systems, processes, and employment practices; ability to handle sensitive HR information with exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and sensitivity
- Can attend events and travel during peak recruiting seasons; provide occasional evening/weekend support as needed
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Prior experience in university relations or early careers recruiting
- Experience in global professional services; ideally Investment Banking
