We are looking for an Educational Producer to lead the full-cycle launch and delivery of educational projects in the LATAM market, primarily in partnership with industry companies. The role focuses on designing and executing applied educational formats that enable students to solve real business tasks provided by partner companies.
The Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects such as educational programs, internships, hackathons, competitions, and other applied learning formats, from receiving a partner task to final project outcomes and marketing distribution.
What you will do
1) Full-cycle project ownership
- Lead the full lifecycle of educational projects in partnership with LATAM companies, including internships, hackathons, competitions, and other applied formats.
- Coordinate all required stakeholders and organize the work of the project team.
2) Educational format design and partner task implementation
- Start work on projects after receiving a confirmed partner company and a defined partner task.
- Design and adapt educational formats based on partner requirements and business goals.
3) Expert sourcing and content preparation
- Identify and engage suitable industry experts for each project.
- Work with experts to prepare educational materials and project guidelines for students.
4) Project execution and student experience
- Prepare and manage all project infrastructure, including communication channels, registration forms, learning platform, and live sessions.
- Work with internal legal team to coordinate legal aspects of projects when required, including NDAs or other agreements related to partner tasks.
- Act as public face of the project for students - lead kick-off sessions, interim check-ins, and final presentations. Stay actively involved in student communications throughout the project.
5) Quality, outcomes, and partner value
- Ensure high-quality educational outcomes and successful delivery of partner tasks.
- Support the generation of strong student solutions and project results.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and alignment with project outcomes.
6) Analytics and project performance
- Collect educational and project metrics, including attendance, completion rates, NPS, and student satisfaction.
7) Marketing collaboration and success stories
- Collaborate with marketing teams to distribute project results and success stories.
8) Experimentation and format development
- Test and pilot new educational formats and approaches.
- Contribute to the evolution of applied learning models and project-based education.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Project Management, EdTech, or Program Management. Experience with hackathons or corporate training is a plus.
- Region: Experience working with the LATAM market or international partnerships.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage budgets, and experience with public speaking/facilitation (webinars, kick-offs).
- Mindset: Data-driven, user-centric (both for students and partners), and adaptable to changing environments.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
