Job Description

As a Finance Manager (System Focus), your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
• Overseeing system upgrades and ensuring minimal disruption to financial processes.
• Providing technical support and training to finance staff on system usage.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through system controls.
• Developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Working closely with external vendors and stakeholders for system maintenance and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager (System Focus) should have:

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes in the not-for-profit industry.
• Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems and related disciplines
• Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination or equivalent
• Proficiency in financial software and system implementation.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
