Job Description
As a Finance Manager (System Focus), your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
- Overseeing system upgrades and ensuring minimal disruption to financial processes.
- Providing technical support and training to finance staff on system usage.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through system controls.
- Developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Working closely with external vendors and stakeholders for system maintenance and improvements.
A successful Finance Manager (System Focus) should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes in the not-for-profit industry.
- Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems and related disciplines
- Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination or equivalent
- Proficiency in financial software and system implementation.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from HKD 600000 to HKD 840000.
