- Financial Planner - Partnership Opportunity

Our client is a National Financial Services company, renowned for its professionalism and strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. With a collaborative team environment, the firm is seeking to appoint a Financial Adviser within the Wealth Management team, as part of its long-term succession planning strategy.
As a Financial Adviser, you will manage a high-quality existing client portfolio while also providing comprehensive advice to new clients. The client base is diverse and includes pre- and post-retirees, wealth accumulators, agribusiness clients, SME operators, and high-net-worth individuals.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive structure, allowing you to focus on strategy development, relationship management, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage an existing client portfolio while driving new business growth through proactive relationship management.
Conduct comprehensive client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives, developing tailored technical strategies aligned to individual needs.
Provide holistic financial advice across Superannuation and Retirement Planning, Investments, Centrelink, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal referral partners to ensure consistent service excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing professional development and compliance with continuing education requirements.
We are seeking a professional and self-motivated individual who is passionate about financial planning and dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical capability, a client-first mindset, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality strategic advice.
In addition, you will have:
Minimum three years’ experience in Financial Planning as a registered Authorized Representative.
Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification, ideally complemented by SMSF Accreditation.
Strong technical expertise across all areas of financial advice, including Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Agri- Business, Investments, and SMSFs.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
