There is a great opportunity exists for a motivated and customer centric FINANCIAL PLANNING ADVISER to join our highly respected business and amazing team. You will have a proven record of integrity and professional excellence and you value making a meaningful difference to your client’s lives. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing financial plans for our clients, providing holistic, compliant, and high-quality advice on investment strategies to maximize returns while considering risk tolerance. Based on the client's requirements, provide reasonable suggestions regarding taxation, securities, insurance, pension or other investment portfolio products, ensuring the maximization of the client's interests.
Position: Permanent Full Time
Hours of Work: 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: 1301/570 George St, Sydney NSW 2000
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Commerce, Financial Economics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred, with relevant professional accreditation is a must;
Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Financial Investment / Planning Adviser in wealth management and high net value client relationship develops and maintenance with a proven track record advising complex client groups. Work of experience at Bank or Wealth Management Corporate in Asian countries and Australia is preferred;
Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must;
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
A results-driven mindset and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial freedom;
Strong communication skills and professional presence;
Confident using advice and CRM technology.
Roles and Responsibility:
Communicate with potential clients to assess and determine their financial position, status, planning and objectives. Provide high quality suggestions and financial options and deliver investment overall strategies according to their requirements in a clear and engaging manner.
Manage client portfolios and continuously monitor performance to ensure ongoing alignment with objective, rebalance it as needed to stay aligned with the target asset allocation and the client's changing life circumstances.
Recommend appropriate insurance policies and ensure that clients have adequate coverage to protect against potential losses or liabilities. Offer guidance on policy features, premiums, and claims processes to ensure that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage. Arrange insurance cover for them.
Select suitable investments, executing stock and bond trades for clients if necessary.
Manage client assets, provide clients with professional investment strategies, sources of funds, and suggestions on profit distribution.
Develop and implement advanced financial strategies and set financial goals for wealth accumulation, tax minimisation, succession planning, and asset protection. Implement relevant financial strategies for reaching the goals.
Being a key port-of-call for client relationships, supporting the formulation of clients’ personal superannuation saving funds and trusts.
Assess clients’ needs and assist clients meet superannuation compliance requirements to safeguard against unforeseen events and economic threats.
Provide ongoing support and monitoring of client’s financial plan to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Prepare documentation in relation to financial budgets, reports on their financial products.
Keep a close eye on market trends and economic indicators, provide paperwork of markets’ forecast and analysis, implement statutory returns in time, and make necessary adjustments to optimize client’s portfolio’s performance.
Ensures that financial plan or strategy is flexible enough to adapt to unexpected life events or changes in the economic landscape by regularly reviewing and updating the plan.
May cooperate with the third party or refer clients to other organisations in order to satisfy customers’ full product chain service requirements according to their financial plans.
May provide suggestions on their business loan plan including premises loan, residential or commercial land loan.
Develop a clear path to financial freedom by eliminating debt over time including loans, mortgages, or credit card balances.
