About the Role:
The Associate role is a great opportunity for graduates to kickstart their pathway within the financial planning industry and can guide you into utilising your talent for the right career.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks that comprise of managing the review and ongoing administration of clients’ financial strategies. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will be required to:
Provide quality service and maximize customer satisfaction
Provide quarterly, half yearly and annual reviews as part of clients' serviced agreements
Liaise with advisers, our Joint Venture accountants and various referral partners to facilitate meetings
Maintain accurate data and records in line with compliance guidelines
Produce client correspondence and reports
Management of non advice queries and assist with ad hoc tasks
Our ideal candidate:
Business related degree or Graduate diploma of Financial Planning required
Recently graduated or fresh to the Financial Planning industry
Genuine interest in advancing your career within the Wealth management industry
Has excellent relationship management and administrative skills
Has a passion for personal growth and a sincere desire to assist clients with achieving their financial goals
Great energy and highly motivated to achieve growth and meet deadlines
