Seeking an experienced TechOne Systems Administrator to join an established team to support transformation. TechOne Systems Analyst

This is a rare opportunity in the Canberra market to join a high-performing team supporting a dynamic and evolving finance environment. With major systems modernisation underway and TechnologyOne (TechOne) implementation progressing across the business, you will play a crucial role driving change, stability, and capability uplift across core financial systems.
Your new role
As the Financial Systems Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation, improvement and uplift of multiple finance systems, with a strong focus on TechOne configuration, enhancement, and end user support. You will act as the first point of contact for finance system enquiries and partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth, efficient financial processing.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the TechOne implementation, including configuration, UAT coordination, and go-live activities.

Providing first-level troubleshooting and user support for all finance systems, including TechOne, AP automation tools, banking platforms, and expense management systems.

Managing routine system administration tasks such as monthly rollovers, year-end processes, user access, and permissions updates.

Assisting with system upgrades and onboarding for related platforms.

Supporting finance process automation and workflow improvements across the business.

Maintaining strong relationships with third-party finance system providers.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:

Demonstrated experience with TechOne - this is essential.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve system issues quickly and effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to support a wide range of stakeholders.

High attention to detail and strong time management capabilities.

A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and respond to shifting priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with other finance-related platforms.
