Description

The Fundraising Manager will lead capital-raising efforts targeting family offices and ultra-high-net-worth investors. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of alternative investments, and the ability to manage complex fundraising processes across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with family offices and HNW investors to secure commitments
• Execute fundraising strategies for private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment products
• Identify and qualify prospective investors and manage a robust pipeline
• Present investment opportunities and negotiate terms with decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams on structuring, compliance, and closing processes
• Represent the firm at family office summits, investor conferences, and private networking events
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Over 6 years of experience in fundraising or investor relations with exposure to family offices
• Strong network within the family office ecosystem and proven track record in capital raising
• Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communical skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Knowledge of alternative investments and private markets
