Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)
- Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites
- ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites
- ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians
- ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into
Responsible for:
- Overseeing contractors working on project
- Providing second level technical support to field technicians and ROC contractors
- Creating documentation for projects including instruction manuals (Redbooks)
- Work with database team to create database structure for projects
- Work with vendors as needed for scheduling and coordination
- Run and distribute project reports daily
- Host and/or attend weekly project meetings with vendors and project stakeholders
- Take phone calls from vendor technicians in call center as needed to support project
Required Qualifications
- This is a hybrid position that will require some in office days at our Smithfield, RI location. Candidates should reside a commutable distance to this location.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- 1 Year experience in related field or technical call center
- 1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
- Good communication and written skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in any previous employment
- 2+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
- IT / Technical Education Degree
Education
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
