Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented IT Internship to join our team and support our Broken Arrow operations. Our work environments are clean, climate controlled and safe. Arrowhead Winch does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment. Our goal is for all employees to work safely without injury while maintaining the highest safety standards in compliance with company policies. Arrowhead Winch can accommodate part-time or full-time working hours based upon college class schedule. This is an on-site internship and hours must be completed during normal business hours.
IT Internship Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology Internship to join our team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. The IT Internship will work closely with the IT team to provide first-level technical support and assist in maintaining core systems and infrastructure. This position offers hands-on experience in end-user support, server maintenance, and data reporting within a dynamic business environment.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking concepts is often required.
