Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading regional banking group with a strong international presence to appoint an Investment Product Manager within their Wealth Management division.

This position sits within the bank's investment solutions platform and reports directly to the Head of Wealth Management & Investment Solutions. The role will play a key part in developing, managing, and enhancing the bank's investment product offering for affluent and high-net-worth clients across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of wealth management investment products, working closely with internal stakeholders across treasury, investment advisory, risk, compliance, and technology to ensure the bank maintains a competitive and well-governed investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance the bank's investment product offering, including private markets, fixed income, ETFs, and fund solutions.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback analysis to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings.
3. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, development, launch, pricing strategy, and ongoing performance monitoring.
4. Evaluate and select third-party funds and investment solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's investment proposition and client needs.
5. Work closely with treasury and investment teams to structure and deliver competitive investment solutions.
6. Partner with technology teams to support the development and enhancement of wealth management platforms and digital investment capabilities.
7. Ensure all investment products comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
8. Support relationship managers and advisory teams through product training, education, and sales enablement.

Candidate Requirements

1. Arabic speaker (mandatory).
2. Minimum 8+ years' experience within investment products, wealth management, private banking, or asset management.
3. Strong experience across private markets, fixed income products, ETFs, and fund evaluation.
4. Proven experience in investment product development, evaluation, and management within a banking or financial services environment.
5. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements within wealth management.
