Your new role
Key requirements - Java, Spring boot
You will join as a Java Developer within the Operations Technology team, contributing to the development and enhancement of systems that support trade processing, settlements, payments, and regulatory reporting. This role involves full lifecycle development-from technical analysis and design to testing and support-and offers the opportunity to work on strategic re-engineering initiatives that improve performance and user experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4-8 years of experience in the finance or IT industry
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Java and Spring framework
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience with Linux environments, RDBMS, and Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Preferred: Experience with multi-threading, Groovy, Grails, MQ, and cloud technologies
• Agile development experience and active participation in sprint planning
