Family Wealth Services provides ultra-high-net-worth families with tailored solutions to manage and grow their wealth. The platform includes Family Engagement & Governance, Family Lifestyle, and Outsourced Family Office offerings. Associates help deliver these services by supporting client education, business development, and coordination with advisors and internal partners, ensuring families receive comprehensive support for their unique needs and goals. Family Engagement & Governance Family Lifestyle Outsourced Family OfficeWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Family Wealth Services Associate to join our Ultra High Net Worth Strategy team at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. This role is central to supporting our Family Wealth Services platform designed to deliver exceptional experiences and solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families.
As the Family Wealth Services Associate you will work closely with senior leaders, financial advisors, and cross-functional partners to deliver customized client engagements, drive business development, and facilitate strategic initiatives across the platform.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a generalist and ambassador for the Family Wealth Services platform, able to articulate offerings in Family Engagement & Governance, Family Lifestyle, and Outsourced Family Office to advisors, regional leadership, and clients.
- Support strategy and execution for business development initiatives, including client education, platform enhancements, and partnership opportunities.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance (LRCC) teams to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal reference materials, client-facing content, and program metrics.
- Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and event management as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners across Wealth Management Solutions, Investment Strategy, Wealth Planning & Advice, Alternative Investments, Banking, Lending, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, skills
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience post-graduation
- Superior multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive in managing client and business needs
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, skills
• Experience in client engagement, specifically, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms, products, and services
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leaders
