About Automotive Catalysts

We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new ideas. Which is where you come in.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the analysis of change needs and developing change concepts and roadmaps for upcoming and ongoing transformations
- Designing, organizing, and facilitating targeted workshops and trainings
- Implementing global change initiatives or supporting their implementation
- Maintaining project plans, checklists, and documentation as part of change initiatives
- Preparing reports, evaluations, and collecting KPIs, also for other HR-activities
- Developing and implementing communication plans tailored to channels and target groups
- Supporting the creation of presentations, FAQs, and internal news
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, etc.)
- First experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) would be a plus
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills
- Basic project management skills
- Good English language skills, German is a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
