Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Junior Project Manager to support their project teams in planning, coordination, and execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on project management experience and grow into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and schedules.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and daily coordination.
- Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress and highlight delays or risks.
- Help manage budgets, resources, and project logistics.
- Ensure project files, records, and databases are up to date.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
