- Lead Project Manager
Description
We're on a mission to redefine how organizations manage debt collection workflows — and we're looking for a Lead Project Manager to help lead that transformation.
As a Lead Project Manager, you'll oversee a talented team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants delivering complex implementations of our new-to-market SaaS platform. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how we deploy, configure, and scale our software for customers migrating from legacy systems — building the foundation for how implementations are delivered company-wide.
If you're passionate about leading teams, driving execution, and building processes from the ground up, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of a fast-growing software company.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations, from new deployments to large-scale legacy platform migrations.
- Drive sophisticated workflow configuration, automation setup, integrations, and data migration efforts — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client success.
- Partner closely with the COO and VP of Professional Services to communicate project health, delivery performance, and strategic insights.
- Build and refine the playbook: design and improve implementation processes, documentation, and reporting frameworks to support scale and repeatability.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing a growing Professional Services team.
- Be a hands-on leader, balancing strategic oversight with tactical involvement in planning, problem-solving, and client engagement.
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in SaaS or enterprise software implementation leadership.
- Proven success implementing and scaling a new-to-market or first-generation software platform, including defining delivery processes and best practices.
- Experience managing projects involving complex workflow configuration, integrations, and large-scale data migration.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools that enables efficient planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer success.
What's In It For You
- Be part of something new: Lead the implementation of a groundbreaking, next-generation platform in a critical industry.
- Build the foundation: Help define the methodologies, processes, and delivery models that will shape the company's future.
- See your impact: Your leadership and ideas will directly influence customer success, team growth, and operational excellence.
- Grow with us: As we scale, you'll have the opportunity to expand your scope, your team, and your influence.
