The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager, Total Search & Key Initiatives to manage the coordination and delivery of complex, multi-market projects.
While your primary focus will be on managing projects within our Total Search practice, you will also provide dedicated project management support for other strategic initiatives across the business as they arise.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and clear communication, ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and deadlines are met, even in fast-changing environments.
Key Responsibilities - Project & Programme Management
- End-to-End Project Coordination - Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Total Search projects, and providing project management support for other strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
- Timeline & Workflow Management - Build and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and timelines; proactively flag risks and manage dependencies.
- Stakeholder Communication - Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear, consistent communication between global, regional, and local teams.
- Meeting & Documentation Management - Organise and run project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions to keep workstreams moving.
- Cross-Team Alignment - Coordinate with SEO, paid search, social, creative, analytics, and other teams to ensure deliverables are integrated and aligned.
- Quality & Deadline Assurance - Monitor progress against agreed deliverables, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve blockers quickly, escalating where necessary to keep projects on track.
- Reporting & Status Updates - Produce regular progress reports for internal and client stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps.
