Manager, Pricing Assurance - Network Products

Position Overview:
Join Mastercard's Network Products team, a driving force behind the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our global core payments network-our most critical strategic asset, generating over $10 billion in annual revenue and powering a wide array of services.
As Manager, Pricing Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of pricing strategies across our product portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide proposals through execution, ensuring pricing integrity, revenue assurance, and alignment with Mastercard's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pricing Strategy Execution:
Partner with product owners to implement pricing strategies for new product launches.
• End-to-End Pricing Governance:
Be the subject matter expert for our product owners in the pricing approval process - coordinating with regional Network Product leads, pricing teams, MCBS, and global finance.
• Pricing Implementation Expertise:
Provide hands-on support across all stages of pricing implementation, including:
oProposal development
oBilling feasibility analysis
oMCBS alignment and assessment
oPricing committee navigation
oMCBS requirements review and testing validation
oPost-implementation pricing accuracy checks
• Revenue Optimization:
Analyze billing events and revenue drivers to recommend pricing for new products. Support multi-year revenue modeling and manual billing for high-impact products when needed.
• Revenue Assurance Support:
Collaborate with product teams to validate and identify revenue assurance opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in payments and pricing strategy
• Deep understanding of Mastercard's business model and pricing frameworks
• Familiarity with MCBS pricing implementation processes
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Effective project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing complex initiatives
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently
