Requirements:
We are currently looking for a full time Meridian Link Systems Administrator to be an IT super hero for our Associates and Members! CME’s IT department is located in Downtown Columbus. Remote and a hybrid work schedules can be discussed.
Our hero’s mission is to . . .
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, and managing of Meridian Link Systems (i.e. consumer & mortgage lending, account opening, Access, Xpress Collect etc.) and Jack Henry Systems (i.e. Symitar, Banno, ARCU, Synergy, etc.)
- Acts as the initial point of contact for unresolved issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provides support and troubleshooting for all Associates regarding data systems in area of responsibility.
- Provides support for daily IT operations including but not limited to incident triage, troubleshooting, and timely escalation.
To complete this mission, our hero needs to be a friendly, approachable, patient, and empathetic team player with great communication skills. Our hero also needs to be an organized, multitasker focused on solving problems. Most importantly, our hero needs to be technology advanced with a strong focus on ethics, security, and service.
At a minimum, our hero needs to have either a (1) a bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree. A minimum 2-3 years' experience with Meridian Link and advance technology experience. Experience with Jack Henry platforms preferred.
