Job Title: Network and Computer Systems Administrator
Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field, plus 36 months' experience as Systems Administrator or Network Manager.
Job description: Design, implement, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and support the company's network and systems infrastructure. Support internal users, sales, third party vendors and contractors, manage network infrastructure, enterprise-level identity management platforms, endpoint security, network and Internet access, Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environment, user software applications such as Quick base CRM, ADP payroll system, QuickBooks, the Voice over Internet (VoIP) telephone system and the company’s website. Maintain, support, troubleshoot and upgrade network devices, PCs, printers and wireless devices, coordinate the design of network applications with telecommunication service providers and application vendors, and maintain and improve our IT systems. Work with our sales and manage third party vendors on projects requiring specialized skills such as design, installation, configuration and support of CCTV system, SOHO Home data network system, low voltage and fiber optic structured cabling systems, residential telephone system, and computer/entertainment rooms.
Collaborate with the COO, assist with implementing new technologies, system upgrades, hardware rollouts, and training.
Salary: $93,579.00/year
