Outside Sales Account Manager - Fluid Power Service and Repair

In this role, youll develop new business, strengthen existing partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan in partnership with your manager
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification
- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations with both current customers and new prospects
- Build long-term, value-driven customer relationships
- Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to effectively manage your pipeline, territory, and time
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
Experience, Education and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree preferred (Fluid Power, Industrial Technology, Mechanical or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience (fluid power experience strongly preferred)
- Experience selling mobile hydraulic service and repair solutions is a plus
- Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment repair/rebuild for mobile and industrial machinery is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard computer applications
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- This role is field-based and requires regular on-site customer visits in industrial environments, driving moderate to long distances, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
