Responsibilities
We are seeking a Partner Alliance Manager to own and strengthen NWN's strategic partnerships with the leading hyperscalers: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for alliance management, driving joint business development initiatives, managing partner programs, and ensuring NWN maximizes value from these critical partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central relationship manager for GCP, AWS, and Azure alliances.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with hyperscalers, ensuring alignment with NWN's overall business objectives.
- Manage partner programs, incentives, and funding opportunities to maximize partnership value.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics including pipeline growth, revenue, and certifications.
- Collaborate with NWN sales, marketing, and technical teams to enable and execute joint initiatives.
- Act as an advocate for NWN within each hyperscaler organization and vice versa.
- Stay current on partner program requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or 10+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships (MBA a plus).
- MSP or SI experience with hands-on experience with program management for AWS, Microsoft, GCP preferred.
- Direct experience working with one or more hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure) strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, partner programs, and go-to-market motions.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through partnerships.
