Nissin FoodsJob Summary
Responsible for Nissin Foods deskside technology connectivity and functionality. Supports users through service ticket handling, follow-up, training, troubleshooting, and communications. Expected to install, maintain, and troubleshoot standard computer hardware, software, peripherals, and other approved personal computing devices to ensure that all IT-dependent activities continue to function, while minimizing disruption to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements
Work Designation: This position is an onsite position (5 days a week) at our Corporate Office in Gardena, CA.
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years' experience providing end-user technical support or service desk assistance, or PC troubleshooting in a corporate or business environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting computer hardware and accessories
- Strong computer skills and excellent phone disposition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferred:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Technical Certificate or coursework in IT (technical or trade school experience)
