This role reports into Glue Dots International, an Ellsworth Corporation company. This is an on-site position located at our facility in Germantown, WI.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of consumer products—from concept through launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out—while supporting channel strategy and performance across retail, e-commerce, and distribution partners to ensure market alignment, profitability, and strong channel engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supports comprehensive product lifecycle activities, spanning ideation, development, launch, growth, and retirement strategies
- Supports the design and implementation of channel strategies across retail, e-commerce, and distribution partners to drive market success
- Participates in partner onboarding and enablement to maximize product performance across channels
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and channel data to guide lifecycle decisions and optimize channel strategies
- Supports e-commerce optimization initiatives by ensuring accurate product listings, content accuracy, and effective promotional strategies

Qualifications
57 years of experience in product management, channel development, or related roles.
Background in supporting product lifecycles and channel strategies preferred- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, supply chain, or related field
- Certifications in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, E-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional projects.
- Minimal; occasional travel for trade shows or partner meetings
