What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the global products and solutions agenda across Vodafone Business portfolios. This role focuses on managing end-to-end product lifecycle, partner performance, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee complex product families such as Cloud, Cyber Security, Connectivity, UCC, and Digital Applications, ensuring strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Define and maintain product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for global and local markets.
Drive market engagement to align product development with customer needs and optimise investments.
Manage end-to-end delivery of business product portfolios including IoT, SD-WAN, Cloud & Edge, Cyber Security, and Voice Carrier Services.Lead digital and business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
Build strong relationships with technology partners and suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance.
Oversee P&L for the department and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Develop leadership capabilities within the team and manage performance reviews.
Act as a focal point for talent, technology, and transformation across the organisation.
Who you are
Over 10 years of experience in managing complex products and solutions for European customers.
Strong knowledge of connectivity, cloud, security, and digital applications.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and driving transformation.
Expertise in ITIL, Agile methodologies (SAFe, Prince2), and tools such as Jira and Kanban.
Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
Customer-centric mindset with strong people management skills.
