Eagle ClawPay range is $60,000 to $72,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
This is not a remote position and is on site in our Denver, Colorado office.

Position Purpose:
Support and assist the production planning department by analyzing and assessing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses. Responsible for duties associated with planning, purchasing and scheduling support for optimum results.
Attendance & Schedule:
Consistent and regular attendance is required. Full-time position: the person in this role must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; Mon. to Thur., 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Expected to devote the time and energy needed to complete the responsibilities of the job.
Essential Duties:
- Assist the department in identifying current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery plans.
- Create and maintain production schedules, considering lead times, production capacities and resource constraints.
- Help develop production and inventory management plans to support both material and finished good requirements
- Release manufacturing orders/purchase orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate the flow of material throughout the production cycle or from vendor to stock
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Contribute to the Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Modify and adapt production schedules and issue order changes to accommodate revisions, cancellations, or priorities.
- Analyze data and collaborate with Production Planning Manager to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies.
- Analyze production data, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and generate reports on efficiency and output.
- Interface with manufacturing personnel and maintain good working relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from college or accredited institution in business or a related subject preferred, or relevant work experience required.
- One to two years of experience in a production planner role, scheduling or production planning support role.
- Communication and negotiating skills are required.
- Analytical thinking skills, planning skills, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques/root cause analysis required
- Requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with Bill of Materials
- Experience with Oracle Purchasing and MRP packages preferred
- Able to collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Must be a team player, adaptable to change, and able to work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work and remain focused on detail in an open office environment where other department phones and conversations are part of the work area.
- Must be able to work at a PC, use a keyboard and perform computer functions up to 80% - 90% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, via telephone, email, and in meetings and other group settings.
- Must have good visual acuity and manual dexterity
- May make trips to the plant area where there is machinery, shipping and warehouse activity and noise.
